About the role

  • Providing comprehensive support to the Site Manager and team leaders, managing databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
  • Sharing critical information with team members, coordinating onboarding processes, and handling procurement tasks.
  • Upholding high standards of Health & Safety, maintaining and processing confidential information with discretion.
  • Supporting local and business zero-carbon programs by promoting strategic approaches.
  • Sharing key information across the team and producing reports to monitor compliance and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration or business support roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, IT, and CAFM systems.
  • Excellent time-management, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, adaptability and a proactive approach.
  • Ideally you will be qualified in Business Administration or a related field to help you hit the ground running, although this is not essential as we will provide you with the required development you need to bring you up to speed.
  • Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
