About the role
- Drive new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities across existing clients and new target accounts.
- Expand customer footprint within existing relationships through proactive cross-selling and upselling of additional solutions.
- Prospect and win new logos, leveraging market insights, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
- Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline creation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Position and tailor our solutions to address customer challenges and deliver measurable business value.
- Deliver compelling presentations and solution demonstrations that engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed growth targets, focusing on revenue expansion and new opportunity generation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within our CRM to support forecasting and performance visibility.
Requirements
- Proven track record in IT sales or business development, with a passion for winning new customers.
- Strong network in one or more of the following sectors: Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing, or Services.
- History of exceeding sales targets through strategic prospecting and deal execution.
- Ability to uncover and develop new opportunities within both existing clients and fresh, untapped markets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that inspire confidence and close deals.
- Driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is highly preferred.
