About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The AMPS Facility Coordinator oversees all aspects of the AMPS properties daily operations and ensures a safe and clean school facility is maintained.
- Conduct a comprehensive daily inspection of the building every morning.
- Perform basic on-site repairs, including fixing loose fixtures and unclogging toilets.
- Manage inventory and place accurate, timely orders for school and cleaning supplies.
- Coordinate with site safety leads to verify 100% of required emergency drills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three (3) years of building custodial or maintenance experience.
- Any combination of training, experience, and/or education sufficient to demonstrate the required qualifications.
- Working knowledge of English (Speaking, Reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) Fingerprint clearance.
