About the role
- Host and main point of contact at on-site events as well as for our diverse off-site catering
- Lead and actively participate in day-to-day operations in the event spaces
- Responsibility for the organization and execution of events
- Coordinate the team to ensure smooth event operation
- Arrange event details and oversee their operational implementation
- Onboard and train new employees, apprentices/trainees and temporary staff
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy/hospitality (hotel or restaurant)
- Professional experience in a comparable position in F&B and the banquets area
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Open, confident and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with a pronounced service orientation
