About the role

  • You manage the complete employee life cycle for our approximately 120 employees — from first contact at application receipt, through onboarding and personnel development, to offboarding.
  • As a recruiting whiz, you find the right fit for every role.
  • Whether it’s podcasts, blogs, or networking events: you keep an eye on current trends and how they can be implemented in the company.
  • The administrative A–Z of HR work — e.g. preparatory payroll, drafting employment contracts, reference letters, and terminations — is also part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in HR; experience in the hotel industry is a plus.
  • Team player with strong communication skills, resilience, and good self-organization.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent administrative abilities.
  • Confident user of MS Office programs.
