About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for build, analysis, and maintenance of dashboards, reporting, & score cards to measure department performance, compliance, and process effectiveness
- Utilize data to drive department accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance
- Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of key department performance and compliance metrics to a variety of business audiences
- Define and maintain data management standards to ensure the delivery of consistent, accurate business analysis and metrics for key department activities
- Ensure department access to all relevant internal & external data necessary for strategic initiatives
- Perform monthly review of P&L COGS activity including accruals, and category COGS rate
- Support data integrity standards across procurement owned data, identify & resolve master data inconsistencies impacting reporting and decision-making
- Act as a flexible analytical resource supporting evolving Procurement initiatives
- Support special projects, integrations, and executive-level analysis as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of analytical experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain
- Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site environments preferred
- Experience working with purchasing systems, ERP, and financial reporting tools
