About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for build, analysis, and maintenance of dashboards, reporting, & score cards to measure department performance, compliance, and process effectiveness
Utilize data to drive department accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and operational performance
Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of key department performance and compliance metrics to a variety of business audiences
Define and maintain data management standards to ensure the delivery of consistent, accurate business analysis and metrics for key department activities
Ensure department access to all relevant internal & external data necessary for strategic initiatives
Perform monthly review of P&L COGS activity including accruals, and category COGS rate
Support data integrity standards across procurement owned data, identify & resolve master data inconsistencies impacting reporting and decision-making
Act as a flexible analytical resource supporting evolving Procurement initiatives
Support special projects, integrations, and executive-level analysis as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3–6 years of analytical experience in procurement, finance, or supply chain
Experience in healthcare, veterinary, or multi-site environments preferred
Experience working with purchasing systems, ERP, and financial reporting tools
