About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct audits to acquire accounting, financial, and operational data for processing final audits
Ensure accurate audited premiums, adhering to company, industry, and government rules and regulations
Manage less complex accounts and situations; leadership involvement may be needed for more intricate accounts
Assessing and reconciling discrepancies identified during audits
Corresponding with company departments, agents, and policyholders to obtain information and address service issues
Actively foster internal and external customer relationships based on service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years premium audit experience strongly preferred
Understanding of P&C business, and products offered preferred
Proficient computer skills required, including Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated successful ability to build positive relationships and partnerships within department, across the organization and with external customers
Ability to function at a high level of effectiveness, flexibility, independence and initiative without daily interaction with management
Ability to proactively manage virtual interactions, to establish communications norms, and to build social rapport with colleagues from a remote environment
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
