Marketing Coordinator Assistant
Ameris BankAssist Mortgage Marketing Coordinator in preparing mortgage-related functions and presentations. Provide excellent customer service and manage marketing materials at Ameris Bank.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the Implementation of all Marketing Programs
- Assist in special events including but not limited to: customer receptions, group Builder and Realtor events, Trade shows/Business Expos
- Maintain inventory and organize and order all Ameris branded materials and items
- Prepare and create Mortgage Marketing materials to promote Ameris Bank and Mortgage Bankers. This includes flyers, promotional items, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and external client and vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
- Manage and order marketing supplies, as needed
- Attend all required meetings
- Special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years customer service experience
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office including (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
