About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the Implementation of all Marketing Programs.
Assist in special events including but not limited to: customer receptions, group Builder and Realtor events, Trade shows/Business Expos.
Maintain inventory and organize and order all Ameris branded materials and items.
Prepare and create Mortgage Marketing materials to promote Ameris Bank and Mortgage Bankers. This includes flyers, promotional items, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to internal employees and external client and vendors.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
Manage and order marketing supplies, as needed.
Attend all required meetings.
Special projects as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficient in all Microsoft Office including (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Works as a team-player with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1-2 years customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED required
