About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with advisors and clients on service issues, requests, policies, procedures, and account information
  • Communicate with advisors through systems to assist with queries, open issues, and high-level problems
  • Accurately process assigned service request cases according to deadlines and operating procedures
  • Participate in operational, domain, and soft-skills development training
  • Participate in team meetings, huddles, and brainstorming sessions
  • Discuss process updates and operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Correspond and coordinate with U.S. Home Office business partners regarding missing or incomplete information
  • Use computer applications to review service requests and supporting documentation
  • Ensure required information and documentation are available for processing
  • Follow up with advisors and stakeholders when additional information is required
  • Approve requests that are In Good Order and reject Not in Good Order requests with rationale
  • Provide timely, customer-focused service to advisors and clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Good working knowledge of computers
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Product-specific or financial services industry experience is an added advantage
  • Desired experience of 1–2 years in brokerage
  • Strong academic background/orientation
  • Availability for 8:00p–4:30a shift
