About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently review and process requests and audits for Managed Account operations
  • Ensure comprehensive and seamless operations for transaction requests and product types through various processing systems
  • Research and resolve issues with internal and external business partners
  • Ensure transaction processing follows industry rules, regulations, and internal compliance procedures
  • Troubleshoot and provide seamless service
  • Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions
  • Use computer applications to provide operational processing information and take appropriate action
  • Provide support to other organization members as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience
  • Ability to research and resolve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment
  • Understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation
  • Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Preferred: Managed Accounts or financial industry experience
  • Preferred: Understanding of Envestnet, Thomson, BETA, COLA, APL, and various other internal systems
