About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist advisors in servicing clients by preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions
  • Prepare and summarize client meetings, including scheduling, confirmations, contact-manager data entry, agendas, meeting summaries, client escorting, and follow-up
  • Prepare and submit new business paperwork and documentation to the home office
  • Obtain signatures, track new insurance applications, and coordinate rollovers
  • Coordinate marketing events, including vendor contact, event details, marketing compliance documentation, and reimbursement
  • Provide administrative and reception support, including answering phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, supporting closes, setting up client documents, and handling new business correspondence and alerts
  • Support advisors and the branch operations team using client relationship models, turnkey tools, firm policies, procedures, and digital tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant experience required
  • Experience working in a client service environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Process-oriented and able to work with a team
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
