About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives throughout the initiative lifecycle
  • Identify and analyze impacts, dependencies, implementation challenges, and program risks
  • Support and challenge governance structures, accountability, escalation, and risk-based decision-making
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, program risk perspectives, and insights for senior management, executive sponsors, and governance committees
  • Escalate material program risks, concerns, and emerging issues
  • Oversee and challenge change management strategies and monitor change-related risk indicators and effectiveness metrics
  • Contribute to enhancement of transformation oversight practices, methodologies, and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure transformation initiatives comply with operational risk policies, standards, and governance frameworks
  • Partner with business leaders, program sponsors, transformation/project offices, change management teams, and risk partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience overseeing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, strategic programs, or large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience identifying and assessing program and implementation risks across business, technology, process, and organizational change initiatives
  • Ability to provide constructive and effective challenge to senior leaders and program teams
  • Ability to influence outcomes and build relationships across highly matrixed organizations
  • Experience working within a highly regulated financial services environment
  • Preferred: experience within wealth management, banking, insurance, asset management, or other regulated financial institutions
  • Preferred: experience supporting enterprise transformation offices, strategic change programs, or major technology modernization initiatives
  • Preferred: experience presenting risk assessments, recommendations, and reporting to executive leadership and governance committees
  • Preferred: knowledge of regulatory expectations related to operational risk management, governance, and organizational change
  • Valid work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
