Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and support analytics and reports across Ameriprise Finance Department
Assist in the automation of analytical workflows within the Finance Organization
Partner with business and technology to model analytical workflows and reports within the organization
Design and implement data storage and retrieval solutions to assist Finance in their current activities
Analyze performance of analytics and reports
Investigate unexpected results, for example issues with data quality of inputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in quantitative finance, Computer science, math, physics, or other appropriate fields
3+ years' experience performing analytical analysis or development of models
Ability to program in python
Some fluency with data and data management concepts
Familiarity with common Software Engineering Development and Production Practices
Working understanding of Financial concepts
