About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Regional Product Consulting Directors to drive advisor engagement through scheduling
- Proactively contact advisors via phone/email to schedule meetings
- Ensure optimal calendar structure and manage conflicts
- Maintain real-time updates for all scheduling activities in Salesforce and Outlook
- Track weekly scheduling performance and maintain adherence to metrics
- Prepare, review, and submit Concur expense reports
- Support in organizing local advisor engagement events and scheduling branch meetings.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in outbound calling/tele-sales or voice-based BPO roles
- Strong communication, influencing and objection-handling skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Experience in handling calendars, expense, and travel management
- Ability to manage multiple time zones
- Experience supporting US-based or multinational stakeholders
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to work independently with high accountability
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Salesforce, MS Teams, Sharepoint, Box, Ariba.
