About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, production, and delivery of internal training
- Collaborate with facilitators and business partners to prepare materials
- Manage session logistics and enhance learner engagement
- Coordinate and produce virtual and in-person learning sessions
- Support facilitators during delivery and manage logistics
- Create, maintain, and improve digital in-tool support
- Partner with SMEs, technology, and business teams
- Create and maintain knowledge base content
- Support internal business initiatives through content analysis
- Build consensus across teams and adapt to evolving priorities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-3+ years relevant experience
- Demonstration of strong plain language written communication skills
- Understanding of process improvement and content design best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- Strong ability to organize and synthesize information
- Ability to build working relationships across the enterprise
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and developing creative solutions
- May require FINRA registration depending on group supported
