About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide India-based leadership for the Technology PMO governance function
- Lead portfolio governance support for the Technology PMO
- Support governance forums such as PRB, IRB, and CCB
- Develop, maintain, and improve PMO frameworks, stage gate models, SOPs, templates, and playbooks
- Drive adoption of PMO processes, tools, and reporting standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 14+ years of experience in project, program, portfolio, governance, or process management within a technology or enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, portfolio management, SDLC, ITIL, financial tracking, risk and issue management, stage gate governance, and executive reporting
- Demonstrated experience leading India-based, offshore, or globally distributed teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
