About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance and support as a utility player who specializes in all aspects of the team’s service experience
Perform routine reporting and analysis, contributing to recommendations for cost basis and tax
Assist in small to medium-sized projects within cost basis
Provide analysis within existing reporting models, while recommending minor adjustments
Make recommendations based on reporting and analysis that best meet client, regulatory, or business objectives
Develop solutions for routine and less complex problems for cost basis and tax reporting
Troubleshoot, resolve problems or issues while contributing to defining solutions in a Lean environment
Assist in the training of current and new team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in service or operations
Excellent documentation, attention to detail, and prioritization skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Access/database applications
Strong analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas
Ability to communicate effectively regarding recommendations and analysis results
