About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as lead company secretary to subsidiary Boards, LLPs, and Committees
  • Prepare agendas in consultation with Chairs
  • Attend and minute Board meetings and other committee meetings
  • Prepare action lists and coordinate follow-up actions
  • Support working with General Counsel’s Organisation on compliance
  • Maintain various corporate governance charts, guides, and policies
  • Contribute to team meetings and assist in improving processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified governance professional or qualified solicitor
  • Previous board support experience, ideally in Financial Services and maintaining corporate filings in multiple jurisdictions
  • Good knowledge of applicable laws, governance codes and regulations
  • Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-starter, and well organized
  • Fluent business English
