Define and execute the Human Capital Analytics strategy and roadmap
Lead the evolution from reporting to proactive, insight-driven analytics
Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across the employee lifecycle
Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions
Streamline processes to accelerate speed to insight
Identify and deploy practical AI and IA use cases
Promote responsible AI practices and governance
Modernize and scale analytics capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
10+ Years' relevant experience in analytics, data science or People Analytics
Demonstrated experience with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and statistical techniques
Proficiency with modern analytics tools and languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization platforms
Experience applying analytics in a data-rich, complex environment
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights
Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on leader (player-coach), balancing strategy and execution
Ability to drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
