Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end delivery of recurring and ad hoc reports
Work closely with technology and development teams throughout the full delivery lifecycle
Responsible for managing projects from conception to deployment
Communicate complex data and technical concepts
Develop and deliver clear presentations for leadership and stakeholder audiences
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders
Provide local team leadership by managing, mentoring, and developing BIA team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of Engineering, Statistics, Analytics or other related technical disciplines
7-10 years of experience working in data analytics or relevant field
Strong experience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Tableau
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, Jira and Confluence
Previous people‑management experience
