About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple team members, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3+ years of administrative, office management, or business support experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and execute with accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
