About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate overall on-boarding activities for institutional clients
  • Support maintenance and off-boarding of client accounts
  • Perform daily functions of independently leading the onboarding of client accounts
  • Facilitate and ensure account activity is achieved with quality, accuracy and within established service levels
  • Provide coordination across various business and operations teams
  • Accountable for proactive identification of issues and developing solutions
  • Ensure application of internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Lead and perform special project work as needed
  • Perform reporting tasks as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to create efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years experience
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to problem solve, investigate, and follow through to effective resolution
  • Solid understanding of portfolio accounting/investment operations activities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities
  • Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment
  • Visa Sponsorship Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
