About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate overall on-boarding activities for institutional clients
Support maintenance and off-boarding of client accounts
Perform daily functions of independently leading the onboarding of client accounts
Facilitate and ensure account activity is achieved with quality, accuracy and within established service levels
Provide coordination across various business and operations teams
Accountable for proactive identification of issues and developing solutions
Ensure application of internal controls and compliance requirements
Lead and perform special project work as needed
Perform reporting tasks as needed
Identify and implement process improvements to create efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's degree or equivalent
3 - 5 years experience
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to problem solve, investigate, and follow through to effective resolution
Solid understanding of portfolio accounting/investment operations activities
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities
Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment
Visa Sponsorship Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
