About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide end to end leadership for the strategy, delivery, and operational support of enterprise employee technology solutions
Lead delivery of technology solutions and enhancements, ensuring commitments for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are met
Oversee release planning, change management, and deployment activities to minimize business disruption
Own production support outcomes for assigned applications and services
Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships across delivery and operations
Own budget and financial planning for delivery initiatives and production services
Lead and develop an organization spanning delivery and production support functions
Champion adoption of enterprise standards, ITIL practices, and operational controls

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree (4-years) in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field; or equivalent work experience
7-10+ years experience of increasing responsibility in the delivery and operations of technology products/services
3-5+ years of leadership experience
2-3+ years of experience in successfully managing budgets
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
