Contributing to and operationalizing our enterprise HR technology roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
Overseeing a global team of technologists responsible for developing and configuring simple, innovative, and efficient technology solutions.
Driving agenda to design and implement user-friendly HR systems and processes.
Scanning the market and peer firms to recommend best practice solutions and emerging technologies.
Implementing and utilizing agile product methodology.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent years of work experience.
10+ years of relevant experience, including experience leading teams, designing, and implementing HR technology.
Strong technical experience with integrations, security models, and prior experience deploying and configuring Workday.
Proven experience in contributing to and executing HR technology strategies at a global level with primary focus on Workday.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and recruitment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to drive change and innovation in HR technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and people skills.
Experience managing product teams and capacity planning.
