Key responsibilities & impact

Lead UX design initiatives within ServiceNow by integrating user-centered design practices across the full development lifecycle
Conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align with business goals
Develop and maintain scalable design systems, advocate for accessibility and inclusive design
Facilitate workshops, present design strategies to leadership, and mentor teams to promote a culture of UX excellence
Adhere to Agile methodologies and ServiceNow best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Human-Computer Interaction design, Computer Science or related field
5-7 years of required work experience
3+ years experience in UX design, UX engineering or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard UX tools (i.e. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure)
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML 5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular framework used by ServiceNow)
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Knowledge of information architecture, interaction design and visual design best practices
Excellent communication and documentation skills
