About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a designated geographic territory to promote sales for Ameriprise Banking & Cash Solutions (BCS)
Proactively conduct outbound calls to advisors in assigned region
Ensure a high level of advisor satisfaction by responding to inbound calls and emails from advisors to provide technical expertise on sales strategies, product rules/regulations, and solutions to drive sales of banking products
Maintain strong working relationships with product partners, IRG, and regional team
Accurately track all activity in Salesforce.com and submit all business expenses in Concur Expense Management system
Utilize Microsoft Teams for advisor sales interactions
Provide support and participate in advisor/client presentations and field facing events

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of direct sales experience and experience in the financial, banking or mortgage industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 120 days
Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 120 days
Overnight travel required up to 25%
