Support and influence business units & group functions to define, analyze, build & deliver a value-add business intelligence ecosystem (data, reporting analytics and CRM)
Define user stories, document requirements, and validate change across the ecosystem in support of the organization’s priorities
Contribute to and/or manage support of the ecosystem, inclusive of data management, Salesforce configuration and reporting changes
Focus on near-term needs and future AI productivity related initiatives
Partner with offshore team members and technology partners to achieve goals
Understand policies and processes to assist with troubleshooting, identification and implementation of solutions
Support the Salesforce SMEs in road mapping and enhancements to ensure they meet the strategic goals of the business
Assist with project execution by drafting business requirements, test and implementation plans
Act as a liaison between business leaders, staff and utility functions to drive knowledge transfer
Communicate action plans, status and priorities to appropriate partners
Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes and continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience
Assist with performing user acceptance testing and ensure the test results meet defined criteria
Document standard operating procedures and process flows for the organization to reference
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally from an Asset Management Firm
Solid Salesforce.com skills and firm understanding of the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Hands on reporting / dashboarding experience (e.g. Tableau)
Knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce.com including hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) administrative / configuration / implementation experience and/or integration with external systems
Ability to understand business needs, translate them to technical requirements and deliver value-added solutions
Ability to apply technical knowledge to support the strategic plans and help shape future AI related use cases
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency with accessing, processing and interpreting information
Ability to lead, influence, communicate and interact with people of all levels across the organization and external partners as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build strong internal relationships and work in a collaborative environment
