About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

End-to-end ownership of one or more technology projects or releases
Plan and effectively manage all aspects of assigned projects or small to medium size programs/releases
Track and manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
Proactively drive follow-through on commitments across technology and business partners
Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Security, Data, Risk, and Business teams to align delivery plans
Coordinate governance activities, reviews, and required approval artifacts
Produce clear, concise, executive-ready reporting
Maintain standard delivery artifacts and ensure accuracy and consistency of execution data
Track high-level budget, forecast inputs, and capacity considerations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives
Strong experience across the full software development lifecycle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Experience with AI, data, cloud, or platform-based initiatives (preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
PMP or equivalent certification (preferred, not required)
Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
