Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, execute and manage risk for Columbia Threadneedle's EMEA Distribution business unit
Ensure an integrated risk framework and strong control environment
Lead a team responsible for risk event management, risk and controls identification, self-assessment and testing, risk reporting and governance
Benchmark industry-wide data and act as a liaison with industry sources

Requirements

5+ years relevant experience
