About the role

  • Responsible for engaging and coaching advisors to grow their businesses organically
  • Partner with field leaders to drive results across the territory
  • Provide proactive support to all advisors in the designated area
  • Meet a service level agreement of minimum contact per coached advisor
  • Analyze data for reasons to drive sales results
  • Influence advisors to grow faster or course correct where needed
  • Build cohorts of likeminded advisors focused on growth topics
  • Curate content to generate discussion among peers
  • Drive the Four Disciplines of Execution via monthly calls
  • Facilitate dialogue and influence behavior change
  • Engage advisors in growth coaching via business planning and town halls
  • Assess advisor needs and provide a personalized growth plan
  • Travel with Field Leaders and team members to territory and national functions

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years' relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Previous experience in financial services industry strongly preferred
  • Previous sales/marketing experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience working collaboratively with a wide variety of partners
  • Knowledge of financial planning principles and process
  • Ability to influence advisor and field leader behavior
  • Ability to coach advisors on compliant application of financial planning tools
  • Self-driven and accountable
  • Must have a valid work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States
