About the role

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Marketing Managers and others to articulate marketing objectives
  • Determine relevant content and coordinate resources to plan, write, edit, design, present, test and improve content
  • Provide content-led strategies and UX content to optimize user flows
  • Determine UX content experience solutions that meet consumer expectations

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-3+ years of professional experience in web development teams
  • Proficient in UX copywriting with a strong user-focus
  • Ability to write and edit usable buttons, form names, headlines, summaries and other micro-messaging
  • Understanding of impacts to content in an evolving digital environment
  • Familiarity with content management and project collaboration systems
  • Superior communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
