Manage and support the GCO BAU intake, prioritization, and delivery process
Prioritize BAU efforts driven by regulatory changes, risk findings, and evolving business needs
Provide transparency into BAU demand, priorities, delivery status, and capacity
Lead and facilitate business discovery sessions
Provide lightweight project management support for BAU initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve BAU intake, prioritization, and execution processes
Collaborate with internal and external business partners

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the financial services industry
Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory-driven initiatives and complex operating environments
Knowledge and experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Proven ability to analyze data with attention to detail
Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow and Jira
Knowledge and experience work with data lakes
