About the role
- Support day to day Managed Account Operations and Trade correction processing from identifying open issues, then driving forward solutions
- Act as liaison among business leaders, staff, and vendors to gather information and share best practices
- Provide timely and accurate documents and communication to business owners
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior operations experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactively reviews and evaluates day-to-day processes for improvement
- Self-directed learner with ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
- Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues and leaders
- In-depth knowledge of business operations and processes with ability to articulate these processes to others
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
