About the role
- Own the global technology strategy for Sales and Marketing products across EMEA, North America, and India
- Manage and align technology teams across EMEA, North America, and India
- Use technology to drive strategic decisions with business partners around sales enablement, distribution optimization, and client service innovation
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of technology professionals
- Influence the refinement of features, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance and availability of technologies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Engineering or other related degree focus
- 7-10+ years of experience in engineering and integration technology and/or software development
- Proven success working with other design engineers and architects teams
- Hands-on experience (5-10 years) with the Salesforce CRM ecosystem and SaaS technologies
- Proven experience in asset management, especially in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
