About the role
- Partner with local leaders within dedicated regions and corporate partners in financial institution on-boarding process.
- Serve as primary on-boarding contact for financial institution partners.
- Collaborate for on-boarding of bank staff including Licensed Bank Employees or Registered Financial Institution Professionals.
- Provide virtual and in-person support for post on-boarding processes.
- Partner with Regional Directors to influence local staff to assist in on-board process.
- Provide system and reports training, work on projects, RFPs, audits as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in design, proofreading and editing
- Effective at building resource networks
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and a problem-solver
- Ability to monitor and service remote and/or multiple office locations.
- Knowledge of financial service industry helpful (FINRA licenses such as SIE, Series 7, 66 and insurance preferred).
