About the role
- Virtually partner with local operations leaders to drive onboarding consistency
- Serve as primary paperwork processor for EAR transitions
- Consult & coach leaders on onboarding processes
- Identify process improvements & trends
- Mentor & coach others in team development
- Maintain strong brokerage, legal, regulatory & compliance knowledge
- Act as expert on Thomson ONE systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ Years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of all products and systems on the Ameriprise Brokerage Platform
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Some travel may be required
