About the role

  • Help develop, curate and disseminate engaging content across owned social channels
  • Support both paid and organic social efforts, managing the day-to-day oversight of content and reporting
  • Collaborate with creative team, producers and marketing managers to develop content and execute social media campaigns for our North American business
  • Monitor daily social activity; develop and support social listening across handles
  • Maintain social media spec and best practices guide
  • Manage onboarding, support and best practices guides for social selling initiatives
  • Assist with vendor relationships for social media platforms and related tools
  • Assist in production of reports for paid and organic social efforts

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or a related field
  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, social media or communications is preferred (internship or co-op experience can count towards this)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social management and publishing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to quickly learn new trends and adapt to changes in the fast-paced social media landscape
  • Ability to analyze data to understand audience behavior and measure the success of campaigns
