About the role

  • Answer inbound advisor calls and apply technical product expertise and consultation skills
  • Help advisors with Cash and Bank Deposit products (ONE Financial, Sweep, Money Markets, Bank CDs, Savings Account, etc.)
  • Communicate product benefits/features, sales strategies, rules/regulations, and suitability
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to advisor questions, concerns or complaints
  • Support and partner with other sales members by referring consultation opportunities, managing the team mailbox, running reports, providing advisor feedback, etc.
  • Ensure all relevant sales call information is captured accurately in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with external partner(s) and internal resources to develop and implement business plans to maximize sales
  • Periodically participate in approved outbound call campaigns

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of bank or financial sales experience
  • Obtain FINRA Series 7 within 12 months of hiring
  • Knowledge of US banking products and industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills through phone and webinar platforms
  • Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility
  • Fundamental knowledge of and ability to apply consultative selling techniques
