About the role
- Answer inbound advisor calls and apply technical product expertise and consultation skills
- Help advisors with Cash and Bank Deposit products (ONE Financial, Sweep, Money Markets, Bank CDs, Savings Account, etc.)
- Communicate product benefits/features, sales strategies, rules/regulations, and suitability
- Respond swiftly and courteously to advisor questions, concerns or complaints
- Support and partner with other sales members by referring consultation opportunities, managing the team mailbox, running reports, providing advisor feedback, etc.
- Ensure all relevant sales call information is captured accurately in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with external partner(s) and internal resources to develop and implement business plans to maximize sales
- Periodically participate in approved outbound call campaigns
Requirements
- 3-5 years of bank or financial sales experience
- Obtain FINRA Series 7 within 12 months of hiring
- Knowledge of US banking products and industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills through phone and webinar platforms
- Proven ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility
- Fundamental knowledge of and ability to apply consultative selling techniques
