About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The RN Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region.
- This clinical leadership role includes direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
- The Regional Manager plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff while upholding clinical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices.
- Appropriately escalate complex clinical concerns or patient cases to the Regional Director.
- Promote high-quality patient outcomes through routine audits, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback.
- Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses across the assigned region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Foster a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
- At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.
- Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
- Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
