About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The RN Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting infusion nursing services within a designated region.
  • This clinical leadership role includes direct supervision and support of field infusion nurses, coordination with partner agencies, and oversight of clinical documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • The Regional Manager plays a critical role in onboarding, training, and mentoring nursing staff while upholding clinical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and approve infusion nursing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor adherence to infusion therapy protocols and infection control practices.
  • Appropriately escalate complex clinical concerns or patient cases to the Regional Director.
  • Promote high-quality patient outcomes through routine audits, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support field infusion nurses across the assigned region.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, clinical excellence, and continuous professional growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted Multistate RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 2 years in infusion therapy.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a nursing leadership, supervisory, or management role.
  • Experience working with home health agencies or in home infusion care settings.
  • Strong knowledge of home infusion therapy, patient care standards, and clinical documentation best practices.
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
