Key responsibilities & impact
  • recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
  • achieve benchmark goals and quotas
  • build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
  • work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member

  • effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
  • must have excellent verbal communication skills

  • working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
  • preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience
