About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Discuss needs with clients and advisors of accounts supported by Crump’s Financial Institutions channel
  • Manage daily activities and drive sales activity and pending business
  • Handle incoming calls directly from referral sources
  • Complete insurance applications and take responsibility for following cases through the underwriting process
  • Explain to clients and advisors how various insurance products work and describe solutions to meet client needs
  • Explain the basics of estate planning, business planning, asset leveraging, and insurance planning including handling 1035 exchanges

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
  • Minimum 2 years direct life, long-term care and disability income insurance selling experience in the field directly with clients and/or 3+ years handling inside sales helping agents sell life insurance through a General Agency or insurance carrier platform
  • Active Life and Health Insurance license required
  • Must possess and maintain appropriate FINRA registrations (e.g. Series 6 and 63)
