About the role
- Build, grow, and deepen relationships with independent agents and financial advisors
- Identify and engage life insurance–friendly producers aligned with advanced planning strategies
- Partner with advisors to position and implement life insurance solutions
- Serve as a consultative resource for planning concepts, case design, and strategy positioning
- Maintain a structured approach to pipeline management, activity tracking, and follow‑up
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive cases from concept through placement
- Operate with ownership and accountability in managing relationships, opportunities, and results
Requirements
- Prior experience in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or advanced planning distribution
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
- High level of accountability and self-motivation
- Organized approach to managing clients and pipeline
- Life & Health license required
- Series 6 and 63 preferred
