Key responsibilities & impact

Design, create, and manage graphics for omni-channel marketing
Track and execute all routine marketing updates on company and partner websites
Produce graphics and optimize company branding and campaigns
Build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in mortgage marketing
Create sales and marketing collateral
Develop routines to maintain a fresh look for collateral inventory
Collaborate with team members to execute design projects from conception to completion

What you’ll need

2+ years of related experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Entry level to intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
Video editing and animation capability, and familiarity with printing process preferred
Entry level to intermediate experience with Pardot, MailChimp, Drip, Constant Contact, HubSpot preferred
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
