About the role

  • Design, create, and manage graphics for omni-channel marketing
  • Track and execute all routine marketing updates on company and partner websites
  • Produce graphics and optimize company branding and campaigns
  • Build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills in mortgage marketing
  • Create sales and marketing collateral
  • Develop routines to maintain a fresh look for collateral inventory
  • Collaborate with team members to execute design projects from conception to completion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or similar field
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
  • Video editing and animation capability, and familiarity with printing process preferred
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with Pardot, MailChimp, Drip, Constant Contact, HubSpot preferred
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
