About the role
- Operate and support the Identity and Access environment
- Ensure users, systems and applications have correct and secure access
- Handle IAM tickets within the SLA
- Monitor and remediate provisioning and deprovisioning failures
- Assist with creation, modification and removal of access in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint and integrated applications
- Execute and monitor Joiner, Mover and Leaver flows
- Support access reviews and certification campaigns
- Test and validate integrations via SCIM and APIs using Postman
- Run and fine-tune simple automations in PowerShell
- Document and update processes
- Support governance
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with Active Directory (on-premises and hybrid)
- Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
- Knowledge of account and access provisioning and deprovisioning processes
- Knowledge of RBAC (role-based access control)
- Familiarity with access auditing, access reviews and compliance (Segregation of Duties - SoD, Least Privilege)
- Experience using Postman for testing and validating integrations.
