About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create high-quality visual designs across all ATSSA platforms and channels
Serve as the primary graphic designer for ATSSA across print, digital, social media, video, and web assets
Design layouts and graphics for publications and marketing collateral
Develop, maintain, and manage branded templates for consistency
Design and source creative concepts for trade show giveaways
Conduct ongoing research into graphic design trends and tools
Uphold and protect the ATSSA brand ensuring consistent visual identity
Collaborate with internal teams to align visual design with organizational goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of three years of relevant marketing and design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design expertise across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing for events, exhibits, and trade shows
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Experience coordinating with printers, fabricators, and external vendors
Strong attention to detail and production accuracy
Demonstrated project management skills, managing multiple design projects simultaneously
