About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the assessment and execution of potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other development opportunities
Perform modeling, scenario analyses, and valuations for opportunities across the digital infrastructure landscape
Partner with Finance teams to develop and validate model parameters, assumptions, and drivers
Research markets and industry trends using public and private data sources
Support and coordinate cross-functional due diligence with internal teams, corporate functions, and external advisors
Use project management methodologies, tools, and processes for pipeline tracking, diligence, closing, and integration
Manage dashboards, provide reports, and monitor key performance indicators against expectations
Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s business units, markets, and strategic priorities
Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
Minimum 2 years of financial analysis, project management, or related experience required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience managing and enhancing business processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to communicate project and status updates and ensure cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to present ideas and information clearly and effectively
Ability to work with different functional groups and employee levels
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes
