About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the assessment and execution of potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other development opportunities
- Perform modeling, scenario analyses, and valuations for opportunities across the digital infrastructure landscape
- Partner with Finance teams to develop and validate model parameters, assumptions, and drivers
- Research markets and industry trends using public and private data sources
- Support and coordinate cross-functional due diligence with internal teams, corporate functions, and external advisors
- Use project management methodologies, tools, and processes for pipeline tracking, diligence, closing, and integration
- Manage dashboards, provide reports, and monitor key performance indicators against expectations
- Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s business units, markets, and strategic priorities
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
- Minimum 2 years of financial analysis, project management, or related experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and enhancing business processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate project and status updates and ensure cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present ideas and information clearly and effectively
- Ability to work with different functional groups and employee levels
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes
