About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the assessment and execution of potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other development opportunities
  • Perform modeling, scenario analyses, and valuations for opportunities across the digital infrastructure landscape
  • Partner with Finance teams to develop and validate model parameters, assumptions, and drivers
  • Research markets and industry trends using public and private data sources
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional due diligence with internal teams, corporate functions, and external advisors
  • Use project management methodologies, tools, and processes for pipeline tracking, diligence, closing, and integration
  • Manage dashboards, provide reports, and monitor key performance indicators against expectations
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s business units, markets, and strategic priorities
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of financial analysis, project management, or related experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing and enhancing business processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate project and status updates and ensure cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas and information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and employee levels
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within agreed-upon timeframes
