Senior Operations and Maintenance Analyst
American TowerSenior Operations and Maintenance Analyst for telecom infrastructure. Managing incident resolutions and improving maintenance processes in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage corrective and emergency maintenance incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs);
- Technically review and approve budgets, scopes of work, and completed services;
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and performance of executed activities;
- Perform technical analysis of reports, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to optimize processes;
- Work collaboratively with departments such as Engineering, Real Estate, Deployment, Procurement, and Legal;
- Ensure SLAs are met and support decision-making in critical maintenance situations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields;
- Strong experience in managing maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure;
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure (civil and/or electrical) and 3G, 4G and 5G mobile networks;
- Experience with DC power systems, UPS (uninterruptible power supply) and battery banks;
- Knowledge of Power BI, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite;
- Intermediate proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
