Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business automation, RPA development, or technology innovation.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, or RPA tools (UiPath preferred).
Experience with workflow automation platforms.
Exposure to AI/ML, chatbots, or IoT technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile, UX, or design thinking.
Strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
High attention to detail and organization.
Collaborative mindset across business, IT, and vendor teams.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
