About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect data from all assigned tower assets while maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Use multiple methods for data collection, including Unmanned Aircraft Systems (“UAS”).
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage maintenance and repairs within a geographic area for all asset types, including towers, rooftop installations, fiber-based networks, and generators.
  • Perform routine site audits on assets in an assigned area/zone.
  • Ensure all assets meet safety, compliance, and asset integrity standards through implementation of Company’s Standard of Care.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in telecommunications or a related field required.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, have a demonstrated safe driving record, and be able to travel extensively by car or truck.
  • Must have, or within a year of hire obtain, FAA Part 107 Certification to operate UAS.
  • Vendor management experience, real-estate management experience, or a civil construction background preferred.
  • Knowledge of radio transmitters, receivers, antennas, radio frequency, wireless, or ethernet backhaul experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to use additional Company software applications.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. and traverse developed and undeveloped construction sites.
  • Approximately 40% overnight travel may be required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
